In the Death Note series, they are a race of extra-dimensional beings who survive by killing humans to extend their own lives. Shinigami are not responsible for every death that occurs; people will eventually die regardless of whether or not the Shinigami pay attention to them, but a Shinigami can end their lives sooner than intended to extend their own lifespan.

I got this palette after I realized I had no blues or purples in my collection, and boy am I glad I did! The colors are so pigmented and stay on for hours, and even when I rubbed my eyes there was barely any smearing! (My personal favorite shades are "Mello" and "Ryuk". They work so well on my pale skin tone without looking too dark.)
If you're looking for a slightly cooler palette that still has a little color in it, go for this one.

adored the colours in this, they’re such vibrant cool tones, which is so impressive considering the dark colour scheme !! super pigmented, and the design is just so pretty !!!
The colors are vibrant. Kind of small. I don't like the glitters. They are dry I love one of the colors so much though
