PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 3-5 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.
PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-6 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-4 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. Very cutesy, very demure pattern!
Has an affinity for attracting wayward hair/fur/thread strands, but don't be deterred from buying it! Additionally, its texture reminds me of those microfiber towels. It's not the worst, but something to get used to.
I'll definitely use it when traveling; throw in some treats, my brush, phone and passport, and voilà.
