PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 3-5 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.
PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-4 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-4 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

Please note that Nekoyanin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit as well as international taxes duty and/or customs charges along with brokerage fees of a chosen courier. If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. This claim is not 100% guaranteed to be accepted, and will take time. On the event the claim is accepted, you will then be refunded or shipped a replacement. Additionally, all taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. Okay so I love cats, share the same birthday as Sailor Moon, and I needed a bigger makeup bag! Omg it came in today and it fits everything!! I love this bag so much and I really appreciate this material since it makes cleanup so easy. I live in a hot climate and have negative time management so whenever I have to leave my makeup bag in the car, stuff can melt me up the insides of my previous bags. THIS one will clean easy and has plenty of room for all my makeup and tools. 10/10!!
A list of everything inside with room leftover: 4 eyeshadow palettes, foundation, contour stick, setting spray, setting powders (loose and pressed), concealer, under eye brightener, 2 eyeliners, 2 mascaras, brow gel, brown pen, mirror and eyelash curler.
I didn't read the size when I bought it. Was thinking it was half the size and would have been perfect as a on the go makeup bag in my purse. But!! I now have all my nail polish in it instead of spilling out of the bag they were in. So it did the job! The quality is perfect. I love it.
