PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 5 days of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays and unexpected delays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.
PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
Approximately 1-3 days processing, Shipping 3-5 business days depending on location. (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.
IMPORTANT INFO:
Please note that Nekoyanin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit as well as international taxes duty and/or customs charges along with brokerage fees of a chosen courier after shipment. If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. This claim is not 100% guaranteed to be accepted, and will take time. On the event the claim is accepted, you will then be refunded or shipped a replacement. Additionally, all taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Take note that UPS may charge a brokerage fee for international orders.
RETURNS:
If any items you received were damaged during shipping or arrived defective, please contact our customer service at Nekoyanin@gmail.com as soon as possible for a replacement or refund.
