PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 5 days of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays and unexpected delays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.

USA SHIPPING:

CURRENTLY 5-14 days processing(high volumes of orders), Shipping 3-5 business days depending on location. (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-8 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

I've already gotten SO many compliments on this palette. It's absolutely insane. I love all of the colors they're all gorgeous. My favorite is definitely "Count" though. There's just something SO special about that shade and I can see myself hitting pan on it QUICKLY. I think I'm going to buy another one just for backup of that shade 😅. Also yes it's disclaimed as broken but I only received one broken shade and it wasn't even that bad. It was easily fixed with the tutorial she put up on her page. Even if you can't get your hands on one of the broken palettes which is WAY MORE than worth it. I really recommend paying full price for it still because this is a HIGH QUALITY palette. I'm honestly surprised it doesn't cost more than $35.

favorite eyeshadow palette of all time!!

I was so excited to get the palette at a discount, and was pleasantly surprised to find upon arrival that it was only slightly broken (since I purchased a broken one). The shades are so, SO sparkly and they are so smooth and soft to apply, and I was so hyped to see how long they last. I made it through an 8 hour shift without the colors so much as fading! I absolutely will be purchasing more eyeshadow shades/palettes when my budget will allow it :D <3

First off, I completely forgot to change my address after I moved, when I contacted her about changing the shipping address she was so sweet and extremely helpful and had it done within the day.
Secondly, when I received the palette it was well packed in bubble wrap to not have any further damage to it (even though it was ordered broke)
Lastly, despite being broken the quality of this was super amazing! the pigment was there, so was the sparkles, even though a few of them were a bit loose it still works perfectly! Definitely one of my new favorite palettes!

Really good, especially for the price. So sparkly and pigmented. Ive been dreaming abour duochrome shades like this FOREVER. It did make quite a mess when i opened it so just be caredul with that!

Came in much less broken than i was expecting and the colours that were took less than five minutes to fix and like everything from nekoyanin super pigmented and beautiful
