PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 5 days of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays and unexpected delays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.
PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-6 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-6 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

Please note that Nekoyanin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit as well as international taxes duty and/or customs charges along with brokerage fees of a chosen courier after shipment. If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. This claim is not 100% guaranteed to be accepted, and will take time. On the event the claim is accepted, you will then be refunded or shipped a replacement. Additionally, all taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. RETURNS:

They are really beautiful but they are really really small. Nobody in my household has small enough fingers for these to fit on. Again, beautiful just not great sizing
I cant stop looking at my nails, they're so sparkly and cute. my nails width-wise are a size S but i have pretty long nail beds so there are a couple nails where my nail after cutting it is almost as long if not longer than the press on. I also noticed some of the gold plating coming off of the thumb charm on my third day of wear but these are just so pretty and I've already gotten a lot of compliments!
