PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 5 days of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays and unexpected delays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.
PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 and up to 2-3 months for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
CURRENTLY 5-14 days processing(high volumes of orders), Shipping 3-5 business days depending on location. (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-8 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

Please note that Nekoyanin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit as well as international taxes duty and/or customs charges along with brokerage fees of a chosen courier after shipment. If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. This claim is not 100% guaranteed to be accepted, and will take time. On the event the claim is accepted, you will then be refunded or shipped a replacement. Additionally, all taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. Came for the Sailor Moon inspired art; stayed for the gorgeous colors. The mattes are nice and soft, and the shimmers have just the right amount of sparkle. Still love the color, but will admit that "Mamoru" is my least favorite of this set as eyeshadow because the glitter is chunkier. Looks great in my eyebrows, though. All around beautiful color story. I'm happy to have gotten one before it is discontinued.
I've just barely tested it (swatched and messed around with some quick shower makeup) but it is absolutely STUNNING! The color payoff is crazy, so it's just a matter of seeing how well it'll stick around on my lids. Can't wait to start using it in earnest! 🫶🫶
The matte colors are pigmented and good color choose. the glitter take a few layer but are amazing. the Mamoru is a little dry and kind of hard to blend. but love this palette.
setsuna wasnt as pigmented as i would have expected, but every other color is sooo vibrant i love it so much. mamoru has the consistency of kinetic sand and is hard to put on at first, but primer under it solved it and made it stick sm more
There isn't much to say here other than I absolutely adore this pallet and can't wait to invest in more. These are so bright and pretty and stayed on my face throughout the entire day. Absolutely love them. Pictures included with six colors from the pallet 😁
