PROCESSING TIMES:

USA SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-6 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-6 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

Please note that Nekoyanin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit as well as international taxes duty and/or customs charges along with brokerage fees of a chosen courier after shipment. If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. This claim is not 100% guaranteed to be accepted, and will take time. On the event the claim is accepted, you will then be refunded or shipped a replacement.
