Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 3-5 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.

All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-4 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Currently takes approximately up to 3-4 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. These work great and held up all the little items i put in it. However, you need to be careful when folding because not all folding ways will hold it together. Test out your folding ways first!
I used a heavy box of snacks and it didn't budge! Only thing is it feels velvety and I have autism and velvet feels bleh but it's so useful!!
