PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 3-5 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.

PRE-ORDERS:

All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 month for shipping. 

USA SHIPPING:

Currently takes approximately up to 3-6 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-6 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently takes approximately up to 3-4 weeks for order to process(Due to the large volume of orders currently because of the tariffs!) International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. Good face powder, the transperent one is transparent thankfully, and it makes my make up smoother! The only issue I had was that the power was a little annoying to get out of the box.

Very beautiful face powder. I got the translucent one. It adds a very subtle blurring effect that i love. This is my first face powder ever so i dont have anything to compare it to but i can say it is very light weight and lasts most of the day. I have even been rained on abit and it still holds up nicely. I will be buying this again. It is very much worth it

Goes on very easily, the packaging is lovely, the shade is perfect. It stays on without makeup under it. I used it with a moisturized face a couple times and the powder does darken a bit in contact with oil, so that's something to note.

very nice and cute and works well on my pale skin!! the only problem i have is the packaging makes it easy to spill, might be better if there was a way to close the holes themselves when not in use
