These are not the original shades of cupid lip muds hence reason why it's discounted! (There is nothing wrong with these, just different shades and texture same matte effect)
PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 5 days of placement, excluding weekends, public holidays and unexpected delays. Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order has been fulfilled including an order tracking number.
PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-orders are estimated to take between 1-2 and up to 2-3 months for shipping.
USA SHIPPING:
CURRENTLY 2-8 Weeks processing(high volumes of orders due to Black Friday / Christmas), Normally Shipping times are 3-5 business days depending on location. (excluding holidays, Christmas may take up to approximately 4-8 weeks to process. Orders placed within Dec - Feb) to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipments usually take 10-21 days to arrive depending on the shipping destination.

Please note that Nekoyanin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit as well as international taxes duty and/or customs charges along with brokerage fees of a chosen courier after shipment. If upon the event that a package is lost, if allowed, we will attempt to file a lost package claim with the shipping company used. This claim is not 100% guaranteed to be accepted, and will take time. On the event the claim is accepted, you will then be refunded or shipped a replacement. Additionally, all taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. RETURNS:
If any items you received were damaged during shipping or arrived defective, please contact our customer service at Nekoyanin@gmail.com as soon as possible for a replacement or refund. All purchases are final, no returns are allowed unless within the exceptions listed above.

Nice colors and smooth application. Great as blush or lip color.
I love the shades I received in the bundle. Two of the shades are too orange for me, but I have pale cool tone complexion, so even a little orange looks very orange on me. The only problem I have is the tiny brush. I wish I can attached it to the product somehow. The containers are big enough, that you could put it inside. I would recommend making a holder or a magnet on the inside lid for the brush. That way I can easily take it on the go. Would recommend this product.
I love the heart shaped component and I like this formula even though it is different from the original. Its comfy on the lips. The shades are still cute even though theyre a bit different.
I love these so much. I got the mystery pack. The tint is highly pigmented, it has really good staying power, sooo creamy. The colors are gorgeous. I gifted 2 for the holiday & they also loved them.
Just wish the individual selection was available sooner because I bought two mystery bundles and ended with 2 dupes of the same 5 shades. Very disappointed in that aspect, now I have to place another order just to try the other 3 shades.
Other than that, formula is smooth, matte, and the colors are quite pretty!
